Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
About these terms
Team Manager ("TeamManager") is an online app that helps sports teams run their daily operations: organising matches, tracking member availability, voting for MVP and other awards, recording match fees and shared expenses, and suggesting how to settle them.
By creating a TeamManager account or otherwise using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Your account
To use TeamManager you need an account. You agree to give accurate information (your name, email and optional phone number) and to keep your password confidential. You're responsible for everything that happens through your account — if your account is used by someone else because you shared your credentials, that's on you.
You must be old enough to use the app legally where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Acceptable use
Use TeamManager lawfully and respectfully. That means no harassment or abuse directed at other members, no impersonation of other people, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no scraping or reselling other people's team data without permission.
Managers are responsible for the conduct of the teams they run. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.
Teams and your content
Content in TeamManager means the things you create while using it: teams, matches, availability responses, votes, expenses, guest entries, and messages you submit through in-app forms. You keep ownership of your own content and you grant us the right to store and process it solely to run the service.
Members and managers create and organise their own teams. Team managers (and admins they appoint) can invite members, remove members, and manage the data within that team. Whatever you enter is your responsibility — we don't routinely review it.
Guests and guest entries are covered by the same rules; managers should only add guest information they have a right to keep.
Match fees, expenses and settlements
TeamManager records expenses and calculates who owes whom, based on what you and your team's managers enter. It can suggest settlement payments to make things fair.
TeamManager itself never holds, sends, or receives anyone's money. Any actual payments are made and settled between people, outside the app. We're not a payment provider and don't take any cut of expenses.
Service availability
TeamManager is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it fast, accurate and online, but we can't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or bug-free. Features may change, move, or be retired over time.
Suspension and account deletion
You can delete your own content at any time, and you can request full account deletion by contacting support. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, harm other members, or create legal risk for us.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeamManager isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost matches, disputes over expenses between team members, or lost data caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Expenses and settlement figures in the app are records and suggestions, not financial advice or invoices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and continuing to use TeamManager after that counts as acceptance of the updated terms.
